Delivery Guidelines

At Ethno Layer, we ensure that your products are delivered safely and securely. To make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition, please follow these steps:

  1. Product Inspection on Delivery:
    Every product must be opened and checked in front of the delivery person. This is mandatory to verify that the product is in perfect condition and matches your order.

  2. Issue Reporting:
    If there is any issue such as damage, defect, or wrong product, it must be reported immediately to the delivery person. Our delivery staff will handle the return or replacement on the spot.

  3. Delivery Confirmation:
    After inspecting the product, you need to confirm the delivery by signing the receipt. Once confirmed, the product is considered accepted.


Returns & Exchange Policy
  1. Unique & Custom Products:

    • All products are unique or custom-made. Therefore, money-back refunds are not available after receiving the product.

    • If you wish to return the product, you can exchange it only for another product of equal value.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • Packaging must be intact to qualify for an exchange.

  3. No Cash Refunds:

    • Refunds in cash or bank transfer will not be processed under any circumstances.

    • Exchanges are the only option for returns.

  4. Reporting Timeframe:

    • Any exchange request must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.


Important Notes
  • Always check your product in front of the delivery staff. Products accepted without inspection cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged or incorrect products will be resolved on the spot by our delivery team.

  • This policy ensures transparency and fairness for both customers and our business.
